I had an absolutely outstanding experience! I received a ring in size 14, which I needed resized to 14.5. I took it to Fast-Fix, and the staff treated my ring with great care. The design is quite intricate, and it required a lot of skill to resize it without compromising its integrity. Their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout the process. Although it took a few weeks, it was well worth the wait! Great job, Fast-Fix! Thank you!

They were amazing. We had my husbands belt buckle that was broken that we needed fixed in less than a week and they did! It is very sentimental to who him and they did an amazing job. They were very professional and faster than they promised. I would highly recommend them.

The staff and experts at Fast Fix are truly exceptional. I have brought several pieces to them and they are diligent on the repair work, communicative, and timely. I have even asked to expedite and they are quick on their turnaround. Most recently, we had to order a replacement piece and it they communicated it was recwuved and were able to repair the piece earlier than expected. Highly recommend them!

Not sure her name but white woman working front desk is very patient. All staff I interacted with was great but she was a standout as I took my time trying on the watch adjustments. Will come back.

They fixed my engagement ring when one of the brackets broke. I received text updates regarding repairs and was able to pick it up a week later. They even polished and shined it! So happy with their customer service and repair! 10/10 Thank You!!

Ben and the staff at Fast Fix at Barton Creek Mall are truly remarkable. They are friendly, professional and I am blown away every time I bring an item in at how quick the turnaround time is for them to repair anything from jewelry to sunglasses. They truly live up to their business name. It's also super convenient that they're located in the mall as oftentimes I'll go and do some other shopping and my repair will be completed by the time I'm done. Can't recommend enough!

Really great place, the lady in the front was very nice and obviously knew what she was doing. She helped me fix the horrible job Universe Jewlery a few stores down did and properly cleaned my silver chain for ten bucks! Thank you guys

I was so nervous to get my ring resized and they were amazing! I needed to get my ring smaller and the person helping me size asked all the right questions that I hadn't thought to factor in. I paid extra to have it done quicker and it was ready in less than two hours. The band is seamless, looks like nothing was changed. So worth it and will be using them in the future!
They also cleaned it and it has never been more sparkly!

I needed batteries in four watches and Fast-Fix is the ONLY place I trust to do the job done right and quick. They offer great options for replacement of batteries and any repairs needed. Professional but most important to me was friendly assistance, totally enjoyed my experience!

Fast, efficient, and reliable. Have used Fast-Fix for more years than can remember. Recently inherited some rings that required resizing. They were honest with me about which gems were worth that investment and which one was not valuable. I've always been happy with all the repairs, watch batteries, and other services. Speedy service to reset the time on my Rolex and change batteries in my Rewards watch. Dropped off for battery replacement and ready after 30 minutes of shopping. Professional staff takes a photo of each item dropped off for security. Highly recommend FastFix for their outstanding customer service.
